Anti-ARA9 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 35-2]
Ah receptor-associated protein (ARA9) is also known as AIP and XAP2. This protein displays structural similarity to the glucocorticoid receptor-associated immunophilin FKBP52. Although they share significant homology, they have distinct cellular roles and biochemical properties. ARA9 is known to affect the potency and efficacy of AHR agonists in the yeast S. cerevisiae as well as having functional consequences on AHR signal transduction.

For WB: Use at a dilution of 1:1,000. This antibody may be used for Western blotting where a band is seen at 37 kDa, representing ARA9. It is specific for the FKBP domain. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
