Anti-CD63 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: NK1/C3]
CD63 is expressed on activated platelets. CD63 is a lysosomal membrane glycoprotein that is translocated to plasma membrane after platelet activation. It is also present in monocytes and macrophages and is weakly expressed on granulocytes, B, and T cells. CD63 is identical to the melanoma-associated antigen which isME491 and to the platelet antigen PTLGP40.

This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:100 to 1:200 in an ABC method. High temperature antigen unmasking with 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is required prior to immunostaining. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user.
