Anti-GAL4 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 3G152]
GAL4 is a transcriptional activator which controls expression of the genes necessary for galactose catabolism. Two acidic regions of GAL4, activating region I (aa148-238) and activating region II (aa768-881) can activate transcription when independently joined to a DNA-binding domain. In addition, interaction with GAL80 has been reported to be mediated by aa848-881.

ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.1 - 1.0 ?g/ml. WB: Use at a concentration of 3 ?g/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 99 kDa. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
