One end is designed to accept the electrode holder while the other has a 1.3 cm (1/2") diameter stainless steel pin for attachment to the weighted base or a suitable clamp. It measures 46 cm (18") long x 2.5 cm (1") in diameter. The sturdy base measures 23 x 16 cm (9 x 6") and weighs 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs). Centered along each edge of the base are octagonal-shaped wells (4 total) with a maximum diameter of 1.5 cm (5/8") for affixing flexible arms, additional support rods, or holders (two thumb screws are provided).
The electrode holder snaps on to the end of the flexible gooseneck arm affording 3 stepped wells for holding an electrode, a reference electrode and an ATC probe. The center well of the holder has an 1.8 cm (3/4") I.D., side wells each have a 1.7 cm I.D. and the through holes are all 1.3 cm (1/2") I.D.
