Versatile refrigerated incubators for microorganisms: The KB series refrigerated incubator controls temperature ranges of –5 to 100 °C. With a comprehensive program functions, the KB refrigerated incubators offer a wide range of capabilities and deliver reproducible test results.

These units feature the electronically controlled APT.line™ preheating chamber and patented DCT™ refrigeration system assuring temperature accuracy and reproducible results in both heating and cooling situations. The deep-drawn inner chamber features rounded corners and a shelf support system.

Models feature an MP controller with 2 programs of 10 sections each or 1 program of 20 sections. There is also a week program timer with real time function, adjustable ramp, digital temperature setting with 1/10th° accuracy. The incubator also has adjustable fan speed, an elapsed time indicator and adjustable intervals for printer. The unit is equipped with a RS422 interface for communication software APT-COM™ DataControlSystem.

Additional features include the independent temperature safety device class 3.1 with full protection against chamber overo-temperature with visual and audible alarms.

The unit has a controlled temperature range of ambient −5 to 100°C.
