Corning CoolRack, thermoconductive modules, provide reproducible and standardized temperature control to biological samples while on the bench

  • "Ensures +/- 0.1°C temperature uniformity across all tubes when cooling, snap freezing, heating or thawing
  • All CoolRack modules may be autoclaved, high heat sterilized or decontaminated with bleach, alcohol or other disinfectants or lab detergents

Place CoolRack® or CoolSink™ modules on ice, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, water baths, heat blocks (–200 to 100°C), or other vessels and they rapidly adapt to source temperature. Cool, (snap) freeze, or thaw samples consistently and reproducibly without directly inserting them into a temperature source to reduce variability and contamination. CoolRack® tube holders and CoolSink™ plate holders accommodate a wide variety of tubes and plates. Precision engineered, patent-pending construction ensures well-to-well consistency (±0.1°C) and optimal thermal transfer. Hard anodized surfaces prevent corrosion and rust. Autoclavable, high-heat sterilizable, and compatible with RNase Away, viricides, and other common lab detergents and disinfectants. Made in USA.
