Monarch® gDNA Wash Buffer is a component of the Monarch® Genomic DNA Purification Kit (NEB #T3010). It is an ethanol-based, low salt buffer that allows for complete removal of chaotropic salt and cell components in just 2 wash steps, enabling the purification of highly-pure gDNA.
