Thermometers store and print temperature (including maximum, minimum, and average readings) and time of day/date/month at any programmed interval or by manual command. Printout shows exact times of high/low temperatures. Automatic printing interval may be programmed to print at any minute interval from three seconds to 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds. Thermometer features continuous and simultaneous display of temperature and time on two-line LCD with 1.3cm (1/2") high digits. Temperature display updates every second. Time is displayed to the exact minute in 24-hour format. Alarm may be set to sound when temperature rises above or falls below set points, and may be used to trigger an external device.

Thermometers are supplied with two fast response type K beaded probes, which allows the temperature of the first probe, the second probe, or the difference between the two to be displayed and recorded. Probes are triple-purpose for liquid, air/gas, and semi-solids, and measures 20.3 cm (8") in length and 0.4 cm (1/8") in diameter. Probes have fast-response Type K beaded sensor and 127 cm (50") cable. ABS case is chemical- and shock-resistant.
