Obtain reproducible IEF separations with dry, precast gels containing immobilized pH gradients.
Immobiline™ DryPlate precast gels contain preformed, immobilized, non-drifting pH gradients. The gels are rehydrated to a thickness of 0.5 mm in the reswelling cassette accessory before use.
Immobiline™ technology produces a stable pH gradient, allowing high voltages and resolution over narrow pH ranges, even for low mobility proteins that require long focusing times.
Ordering information: Immobiline™ sample application strips include 52 samples, 5–20µL and instructions.
