About this item
Centrifuge is designed for a wide variety of applications in clinical and research laboratories.
Centrifuge is designed for a wide variety of applications in clinical and research laboratories. It is supplied complete with rotor and accepts 15mL conical and 10mL (16x100mm) tubes directly, and smaller tubes with the use of an optional adapter. With variable speed control in increments of 100rpm, the unit is ideal for producing platelet rich plasma (PRP) for agglutination studies, urine sedimentation, chemistry analyte sample preparation, and pelleting of cultures. The high speed capabilities allow for quick production of platelet poor plasma (PPP) for coagulation studies.
- Ideal for PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and PPP (Platelet Poor Plasma) applications
- Digital speed and time control
- Lid with safety interlock
- VWR® Two-Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty
