Ideal for demanding pharmaceutical and biotech laboratories, this high-speed dispenser is compatible with 6- to 1536-well plates with a height of 5–50mm. Dispenser precisely dispenses volumes of 0.5–2500µL in 0.5 and 5µL increments. Dispensing a total of 20µL per plate takes only four seconds for a 96-well plate and nine seconds for a 384-well plate. Dispensing a total of 1µL to a 1536-well plate takes only 14 seconds. Precision CV is ≤1.5% at 20µL and it is typically accurate to ±2% at 20µL.
All reagent lines can be backflushed into the reagent bottle to minimize the loss of expensive reagents. The dispensing cassette is detachable and autoclavable. For customized work, a visual icon-based graphic display allows for simple adjustments of parameters such as pump speed, tip height, and dispensing direction. Custom protocols can be launched in seconds. Dispenser features RS-232 and USB interfaces for integration to robotic arm grippers or devices such as the Thermo Scientific RapidStak™ microplate stacker (11388-494).

Small tube dispensing cassettes are to be used with volumes from 0.5–50µL. Standard tube dispensing cassettes are for volumes from 5–2500µL.
