Bath features a PID controller for easy temperature setting, and exhibits excellent temperature uniformity and stability. Supplied with a tempered glass lid that seals via an integral gasket on the heating base. This device holds up to 30 standard microscope slides, divided into three rows of 10. Slides are easily entered and removed, and are visible throughout usage. The clearance between lid and slide pedestal is 1 cm (13/32"). The bath heats up from ambient to 65°C (149°F) in 20 minutes.
