About this item
Bouffant caps are manufactured from strong, lightweight, and breatable spunbonded polypropylene (SPP) fabric, which protects against dirt, grime, and certain dry particulates in nonhazardous environments.

To address the concern of bio-burden contamination, these bouffant caps are gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-4. Manufactured and packaged in an ISO Class 8 (FED-STF-209E Class 100,000/M3.5) cleanroom.
Certifications: Bouffant caps are rigorously tested and manufactured in an ISO Certifed facility under stringent process controls to ensure each product meets exacting quality standards and performs to specification. Products are validated through independent lab testing.
Ordering: Packaged in sealed polyethylene bags, 10 per bag, contained within a larger carton liner. Each case is supplied with a certificate of irradiation.
